Ms. Izabela Depczyk is an international marketing and media executive. She is the founder and CEO of The Native Media Inc, the digital marketing agency acquired by The Native SA in May, 2017 (called 5EL SA at the time of the acquisition and renamed into The Native SA in December 6, 2017). Prior to her engagement with The Native, Ms. Depczyk was the CEO of the New York based art media company Artnews S.A., that Ms. Depczyk turned around from a dying print business to a successful digital media house and subsequently sold in October 2015 to the primary competitor - Brant Media Publishing, owner of Art in America and Interview magazine among other titles. Ms. Depczyk is the graduate of University of Edinburgh from which she holds a masters degree in international law.
Dr. Serge Umansky is a Co-founder and CIO of Whiteridge Advisors SA, an investment advisory firm based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Serge’s expertise ranges from investment analysis to hands on management of direct investments in private equity and venture capital with focus on machine learning, blockchain and clean energy. Mr. Umansky obtained his Doctorate and Ph.D. (applied math and engineering) from the Soviet Academy of Sciences and Kiev National Institute of Technology. He subsequently worked for over 25 years in the US and Switzerland. His most recent professional engagements include Signet Capital Management, Morgan Creek Capital, and ICG Consulting. Serge is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Tobias Kaulfuss has been CEO of asknet AG since November 2014, where he led and initiated profound change initiatives successfully reviving the company's sales and development. Prior to joining asknet, he established a fulfillment company with global e-commerce clients in his role as Managing Director and Business Unit Manager within the Rhenus Group. Over the course of his career, he has also served as Head of Supply Chain at Duales System Deutschland and was a Consultant at Bain & Company. Having studied at several German and American universities, Tobias Kaulfuss holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Osman Khan is a seasoned and multi-disciplinary executive with 15+ years of operational and management experience across entrepreneurship, finance and management consulting. Prior to his role with The Native, Osman was the CEO and Co-founder of Paddle8, the leading online auction house for art and luxury collectibles, which disrupted the mid-market auction space traditionally occupied by brick-and-mortar incumbents. With a deep passion for building and scaling marketplaces, Osman today is an Advisor to or sits on the Boards of several late-stage and prominent, venture-backed marketplaces across New York, Los Angeles and Toronto, and brings an innovative "outsider" perspective on business and technology to non-traditional consumer marketplaces to help companies achieve sustainable growth and rapid scale. Osman received his BA and Masters of Engineering in Industrial engineering from Northwestern University, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Perella Weinberg and Towers Watson, in a range of functions across M&A advisory, private capital raising, and human capital solutions in change-in-control transactions.

In total, Alexander has sold over $1 billion of art and design from the podium. Raised in London and educated at Eton, Alexander has been based in New York since 2008. He has been named as one of Fast Company's Most Creative Entrepreneurs in 2017, the 100 Most Powerful People in the Art World (Art + Auction) in 2014, 2015 and 2016, a Digital Maverick (DETAILS), one of the 40 Most Important People Under 40 (Apollo), and was featured on Vanity Fair and GQ's best-dressed lists.
